SCB Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Bill Laneville as a non-executive Director, effective immediately.
Bill is a highly experienced financial professional with an impressive track record of success spanning more than 30 years of leadership. Bill spent ten years as the Financial Controller for the Vitol Group of Companies, where he was responsible for the Group’s external reporting, internal controlling and analysis, and statutory financial reporting.
Prior to Vitol, Bill spent almost two decades with KPMG, including as the managing partner of KPMG’s Geneva, Switzerland office, as well as the partner in charge of that office’s audit practice.
Commenting on the appointment, Kevin McGeeney, CEO of SCB Group said: “We are excited to welcome Bill to the Board. His financial expertise and international experience will be invaluable as we work relentlessly towards a low carbon future helping customers achieve their climate goals.”
Bill has a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. He was previously a US Certified Public Accountant.
