We have two ways in.
These roles involve a steep learning curve with on the job training. You will get to work on one, or a number of our brokerage desks and take on real-world projects.
Each graduate must pass a regulatory exam after three months. Attaining the qualification and a number of other prerequisites will give you an automatic ticket to become a junior broker on one of our desks.
We have previously sponsored graduate programs in the environmental and financial sectors at University College Dublin Smurfit, University of Wisconsin, and London’s Cass Business School.
You will be responsible for successful execution of projects and daily process work for one of our brokerage desks. This combination of work will allow you to research a section of the industry to conclusion and also engage in the day-to-day running of the business.
Projects vary and can include creating presentations, analysing data or conducting research. Other responsibilities may include:
Experience in finance, banking, trading or brokering and a National Futures Authority Series 3 license will be an advantage.
